American Gothic Pizza serves Naples-style pizza with some traditional toppings and some that are not-so-traditional. Our training comes from four Italian master pizza makers, and we keep that tradition alive in the most important areas. Our dough is hand made using fine Italian pizza flour. We hand-stretch it in the Neapolitan way, and cook it in special ovens that are made to cook the pizzas in 60 – 90 seconds.
